Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team in Miami, Fl. As our KAM Miami, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key accounts across in Miami and the Latam Region, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and market share for assigned key accounts

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with decision-makers at all levels

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively seek new sales prospects

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs

Develop a deep understanding of key account needs and requirements to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Monitor and report on account performance, market trends, and competitive activities

Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to key stakeholders
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

5+ years of experience in key account management or similar role in the Latam market
-
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
-
Experience in IT Distribution market and eCommerce
Requirements

Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to build consensus among multiple stakeholders

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Spanish and English

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

In-depth understanding of Latam business culture, practices, and market dynamics

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
