[Hiring] Junior Territory Manager @EVIDENT Europe GmbH

Role Description

As a Jr. Territory Manager you will be responsible for developing sales in the geographic area of Eastern or Western Germany in the Material Science Business Line in Microscopy.

• Drive active sales across our full microscopy product portfolio.
• Manage your territory, including travel and customer engagement.
• Plan and execute customer visits and product demonstrations.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, with or without marketing support.
• Manage your sales pipeline and opportunities using our CRM system.
• Maintain accurate data on opportunities, timelines, and customer interactions.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
• Actively looking for new accounts to stimulate the growth of the region.

Qualifications

• A university degree, ideally in a technical field.
• Sales experience; microscopy knowledge is a plus.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for selling and closing deals.
• Excellent self-organization and motivation.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
