Role Description

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Junior Sales Support / Admin based in LATAM to serve as the operational anchor for our sales team. In this role, you will handle:

• Calendar scheduling
• Paperwork verification
• Client follow-ups
• Daily administrative coordination

This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional with near-native English communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasks well under pressure, and catches discrepancies before they impact the business.

Qualifications

• Exceptional spoken and written English skills with a clear, confident, and professional phone manner.
• High comfort level navigating cloud platforms, email suites (Google Workspace / Office 365), PDF editors, and CRM databases.
• High perceptual speed and accuracy; ability to spot missing data, mismatched information, or formatting errors in business documents quickly.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, handle urgent client requests, and maintain accuracy in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative assistance supporting US-based teams.
• Exposure to CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
