[Hiring] Internship - Advertising Sales @DAZN

Role Description

As a Sales Assistant / Junior Media Sales Executive, you will provide direct commercial support to the Barcelona Sales Manager, contributing to the preparation of proposals, commercial materials and the coordination of meetings with clients across key verticals (CPG, distribution, automotive and pharmaceuticals, among others). This support will free up senior sales time for revenue-generating and business development activities in the Barcelona market.

This is a remote position based in Barcelona, designed as a structured onboarding path: over a 12-month period, you will progressively take on your own client portfolio. Continued growth within the team will be based on demonstrated performance.

Qualifications

• Strong sales orientation, with genuine interest in selling, negotiating and building client relationships
• Passion for and knowledge of sport and its major competitions
• Strong synthesis and communication skills, with the ability to structure complex information clearly and persuasively
• A proactive attitude and autonomy in managing tasks
• Fast learning ability and motivation to grow within a demanding commercial environment
• A completed or ongoing university degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management or similar); no prior professional experience required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent Spanish; professional level of English desirable

Requirements

• Provide commercial support to the Sales Manager in the preparation of proposals and materials for clients and agencies
• Assist in the coordination of meetings, account follow-up, and collaboration with other departments (marketing, content, operations)
• Help synthesise and communicate DAZN's competitions and advertising formats clearly to clients
• Participate in commercial meetings, with progressively greater involvement in direct client interaction
• Gather, organise and analyse data for commercial reports and presentations
• Stay up to date with sports news and advertising industry trends relevant to DAZN
• Progressively take on ownership of a client portfolio in the Barcelona market
