Role Description

HomeLife is expanding its international opportunities and is looking for an International Lead Generation Specialist to help identify and develop qualified franchise and Master Franchise opportunities around the world.

The primary responsibility of this position is to generate qualified leads for HomeLife's international franchise and Master Franchise opportunities. You will be responsible for researching your assigned market, identifying businesses and individuals who may be strong potential franchise partners, developing relationships and connecting qualified leads.

Your Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying potential franchise and Master Franchise prospects within your market.
• Identifying owners, founders, executives and decision-makers within real estate businesses.
• Finding existing real estate companies, brokerages and business operators who may be potential HomeLife franchise partners.
• Researching neighbouring markets to identify additional opportunities.
• Building and maintaining qualified international prospect lists.
• Initiating contact through the outreach methods that are most effective in your market.
• Identifying new and creative sources of international franchise leads.
• Continuously testing and improving your approach to international lead generation.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and highly resourceful.
• Naturally curious and skilled at researching people and businesses.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and developing business relationships.
• Persistent, organized and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and managing their own priorities.
• Creative in finding new sources of qualified prospects.
• Strong at identifying opportunities and determining whether a prospect is a good potential fit.
• Professional and confident when communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
• Previous franchise sales experience is not required. Experience in real estate, business development, sales, lead generation, market research or entrepreneurship is an asset.

How You Will Work

You will have the freedom to determine how best to generate opportunities within your market. This may include online research, direct outreach, professional networks, social media, industry directories, business databases, referrals, events, personal relationships or other approaches that produce results.

We are looking for someone who can find the right prospects, understand the opportunity, develop the relationship and create a qualified introduction for the HomeLife franchise sales team.
