[Hiring] Internal Sales Quality and Coaching Manager @Hire Overseas

Role Description

We're looking for a Sales Quality and Coaching Manager to own the quality and performance of the SDRs Hire Overseas places with a B2B sales intelligence platform client. This is a hands-on role where you will:

• Review calls and emails against a clear standard.
• Coach SDRs to close the gap between their current performance and targets.
• Hold the team accountable to activity and results targets.
• Listen to calls, read sequences, and give specific feedback.
• Track whether feedback changes behavior.
• Have a high degree of ownership and autonomy over QA, coaching structure, and SDR performance measurement.

If you have managed or coached outbound SDRs, can give direct feedback that changes results, and want a role where your decisions visibly impact performance, this role is a strong fit.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an SDR manager, sales coach, team lead, or call and email QA reviewer in outbound sales, ideally in a high-volume or BPO environment.
• Hands-on cold calling and cold email experience.
• A track record of coaching reps to measurable improvement.
• Ability to give direct, specific feedback without softening it into noise.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Data-driven with comfort in CRMs, call recording tools, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
• Comfortable operating with autonomy in a small business where processes are still being built.
• Available to work full-time during US business hours.

Requirements

• Experience managing SDRs or outbound teams at a BPO or offshore sales operation (nice to have).
• Familiarity with sales engagement and call recording tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or Gong (nice to have).
• Experience managing distributed teams across time zones (nice to have).
• Experience with SMB-focused B2B outbound (nice to have).
