Role Description

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance Sales Representatives. In this fully remote role, you'll meet with clients through scheduled Zoom appointments, educate them on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options, and provide outstanding customer service while building long-term relationships.

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
• Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
• Recommend personalized coverage solutions based on each client's needs.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process.
• Service existing client accounts and review coverage as needs change.
• Answer client questions and provide exceptional ongoing support.
• Build long-term relationships through trust, professionalism, and integrity.
• Participate in weekly coaching, leadership development, and professional training.

• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including virtual communication platforms and online productivity tools.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to integrity and excellent service.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, banking, military, business development, or sales experience is welcomed but not required.
