• Match families to the appropriate products, rather than pushing whatever product is top of mind.

No Cold Calling, Structurally:

• Every client conversation starts because they reached out first.
• Cold calling isn't part of this role, changing the tone of daily work.
• This structure makes the job more sustainable long-term compared to roles built around cold outreach.

Support From Day One:

• Full training covers fundamentals for people with zero insurance background.
• Mentorship continues as you take on live client conversations and build your own book.

Realistic Earnings:

• $800 to $1,200 average per sale.
• Based on consistent effort: $75,000 to $300,000+ full-time in year one.
• Both figures are uncapped, with performance-based incentives available on top of standard commission.
• Pay issued daily/weekly.

Qualifications
