Role Description

• Engage with potential clients through proactive telesales outreach, building trust and rapport.
• Conduct personalized Zoom consultations to understand client needs and present tailored insurance solutions.
• Master our proven sales scripts to confidently guide clients through the decision-making process.
• Collaborate with mentors to refine your approach and close your first deals swiftly.
• Utilize exclusive high-intent leads to maximize your outreach and conversion rates.
• Continuously learn and apply new strategies to enhance your understanding of IUL and annuity products.
• Track and analyze your sales performance to identify areas for growth and improvement regularly.

What your days will look like:

• Connecting with high-intent prospects through telesales outreach.
• Booking and presenting personalized Zoom consultations with real clients.
• Learning a simple, repeatable system from your very first week.
• Growing your comp and production consistently over time.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone and through virtual meetings.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and product knowledge.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with reliable internet access.
• Ability to analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills to manage leads and follow-up tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• You are licensed or actively working toward your life insurance license.
• You are coachable and serious about learning IUL and annuity products.
