Meet Our Regional Sales Coordinator, Joshua Burton:
Joshua Burton has been with Aflac for 20 years. Prior to joining Aflac, he served in the United States Navy as a Cryptologic Technician Collections, where he developed a strong foundation in discipline, leadership, and analytical thinking that has carried into his professional career. Outside of business, Joshua is deeply family-focused. He and his wife enjoy spending time with their two grown sons and grandson, making family time a top priority. Now that they are empty nesters, they also enjoy traveling together and exploring new places whenever they can.
Role Responsibilities:

Maintain and grow existing client relationships while generating new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.

Conduct both virtual and on-site presentations with employers to showcase the value of Aflac, educate employees on available benefits packages, and support enrollment needs.

Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support, while staying engaged through team meetings and training.
Qualifications

Life/Health insurance license (or the willingness to quickly obtain) is required.

Proven industry experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Self-motivated and results driven.

Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.

Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.
