Role Description

Most of our agents had never sold insurance before. They joined because they wanted pay that reflects their effort and a team that actually trains them.

You'll log in, review your calendar and follow-ups, and spend most of the day on calls and Zoom meetings with people who already asked about life insurance. You'll learn their situation, compare options from 60+ carriers, and help them get covered.

• Step-by-step onboarding
• A mentor for live calls
• Weekly coaching

Qualifications

• Must live in the U.S. (Juneau, AK area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
• U.S. citizen or legal resident
• Able to pass a background check
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
• Available full time, about 40 hours a week

Requirements

• 1099, 100% commission, no cap
• Average of $800–$1,200 per policy
• Full-time agents: $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one
• Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses
