Role Description
This position works out of our Upper Egypt field site in the Established Pharmaceuticals division.

Build up different patient access models to help shape the procurement environment.

Develop & implement KAM strategies, tactics, and frameworks for the assigned Key Accounts in the affiliate.

Strengthen partnership between assigned sectors' authorities & the organization.

Cross-functional work with other Abbott functions & Strategic Key Accounts Stakeholders for co-creation of value for customers, patients & Abbott.

Ensure materialization and negotiation that achieves sustained access for all eligible patients.

Communicate knowledge regarding assigned Key Accounts to the account team to align on the agreed directions & optimal strategy implementation.

Achieve patient access goals while meeting all Company’s requirements.

Maintain accurate coverage and engagement of the stakeholder/payers in line with Company policy guidelines.

Approach targeted institutions/reimbursement bodies with optimal tools & frequency with best-in-class customer service and competitive intelligence.

Initial creation and further development of the product-related value story in the life cycle.

Continuously monitor the environment to detect and act upon opportunities for improvement.

Ensure drug availability/inclusion within different institutions and different reimbursement bodies.

Address proactively issues such as critical local funding threats, formularies, and product positioning in integrated care structures.

Develop action plans aligned with the agreed upon strategies to maximize product value and deliver competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Ensure proper implementation of related agreed plans.

Complete alignment and engagement with the KAS in execution of the field activities for strategic TAs.

Develop and enhance the contact network with complete alignment cross-functionality.

Build sustainable positive relationships with target stakeholders.

Maintain clear mapping of Key accounts and identifying insights, needs, and behaviors.

Support the Sales managers & commercial leaders with data and arguments and collaborate with them in working with key local decision makers or influencers.

Budget responsibility for registered products.

Build internal capabilities through development programs.

Report Adverse Events and product quality complaints.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s in pharmacy / veterinarian / medical background.

Language: English, Arabic.
