Role Description
The Inside Sales Support (ISS) role is an entry-level, high-activity sales position focused on expanding revenue within the existing U.S. customer base. The ISS drives outbound and inbound engagement to identify needs, qualify opportunities, and sell warranties, service/support plans, consumables, and accessories across the 908 Devices portfolio.

Own inbound/outbound leads flow for all U.S. based customers respond, qualify (Requirement β’ Funding β’ Acquisition Path β’ Timeline β’ Stakeholders).

Execute targeted outbound campaigns via calls, emails, and digital outreach to uncover prospect needs, funding, and purchasing timelines.

Run structured discovery calls to assess fit across the 908 Devices portfolio (MX908, VipIR, XplorIR, ProtectIR, etc.) and advance customers from interest to qualified opportunity to closed-won.

Maintain accurate Salesforce data (contacts, accounts, activities, stages, next steps); surface and route relevant RFIs/RFQs (e.g., SAM.gov and agency portals) and coordinate with contract-vehicle/partner routes (GSA, DLA, IDIQs, BPAs) as applicable.

Create and send quotes; track orders from quote through PO/process completion; deliver a weekly forecast with risks, next actions, and expected close timing.

Identify customer friction (support needs, adoption risk, renewal risk) and escalate to Field Sales or Customer Success with clear context and recommended next actions.

Translate technical capabilities into customer outcomes; maintain basic competitive awareness in public safety/federal/defense markets and feed insights back to the team.
Qualifications

Salesforce, Sales Navigator, or similar CRM and modern sequencing tools proficiency.

Excellent phone/email presence.

Ability to obtain site access/badging as needed.

Bachelorβs degree preferred.

Preferred: Fed/DOW background and/or sales exposure.

Compensation
-
The annualized base pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $40,000 and $50,000 per year; the base pay offered may vary depending on several individualized factors, including market location, job-related skills, and experience.

This position may also be eligible to receive additional compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives.
