[Hiring] Inside Sales Specialist International @IDS Imaging Development Systems

Role Description

• Supporting the Area Sales Manager in:
• Managing and developing existing customer relationships
• Acquiring new customers
• Price calculations
• Creating, monitoring and managing quotations and framework agreements
• Providing customer-focused technical sales support with a strong focus on closing deals while effectively utilizing our CRM and ERP systems
• Assisting in the preparation of contracts, including framework agreements and NDAs
• Executing sales campaigns in coordination with the Area Sales Manager via telephone, email, social media and other communication channels
• Maintaining relevant customer, market and product information within the systems
• Participating in internal product and sales training to stay informed about new developments and product specifications
• Communicating effectively with relevant internal stakeholders across departments
• Independently managing customer relationships and projects

Qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial training with an affinity for technical products
• First professional experience in sales within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong sales, customer service and customer relationship orientation
• Fluent English language ability (business level and above), additional language skills such as Dutch, French, or Spanish are considered as an advantage
• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and in a team environment
• Experience with CRM and ERP is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
