Role Description

This is a fully remote role. To be considered, you must permanently reside in one of the following U.S. states: AZ, CA, CT, FL, IL, IN, KS, MA, MI, ME, NY, NH, OR, AL, GA, TN, TX, LA, MS, NM, NE, SC, VT. Applications from other locations cannot be considered.

At Bath Fitter, this isn’t your typical call center role—and these aren’t cold calls. Our customers have already shown interest in Bath Fitter through an inquiry, inbound call, or marketing campaign. Your job is to connect with them, build trust, create interest, and get them excited about taking the next step.

• No cold calling — you’re talking to customers who have already expressed interest
• Company-provided leads — we give you the opportunities; you turn them into appointments
• You sell the visit, not the product — your goal is to get the customer excited about meeting with a Bath Fitter Sales Consultant
• Real conversations matter — listening, connecting and building trust are just as important as hitting your numbers

Qualifications

• Charismatic, confident and comfortable talking to people
• Consistent energy—even on call #100
• Knows how to listen, ask questions and have a real conversation
• Comfortable with sales, objections and performance goals
• Can influence without being pushy
• Adaptable, organized and open to coaching
• Experience in call center, inside sales or a high-volume customer-facing role

Requirements

• Handle 100+ daily inbound and outbound interactions
• Connect with customers by phone and chat
• Schedule in-home and virtual consultations
• Follow up with leads and previous opportunities
• Re-engage customers who didn't move forward the first time
• Handle objections and help save cancelled appointments
• Build rapport quickly and create a great customer experience
• Work across multiple systems while staying organized and accurate
• Track your activity and performance in CRM tools
