Role Description

We are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Representative / Outbound B2B Specialist to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with U.S.-based clients. This is a 100% remote, full-time position for experienced sales professionals in Latin America.

This role is designed for natural "hunters" who excel in cold outreach, thrive in target-driven environments, and close deals using a consultative selling approach. If you have a proven track record of hitting quotas and driving revenue in remote B2B environments, this opportunity offers high growth potential and uncapped earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and discovery calls to proposal presentations and deal closing.
• Outbound Lead Generation: Execute multi-channel daily cold outreach (cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach) to engage U.S. decision-makers.
• Activity & Performance Targets: Consistently hit daily and weekly KPIs (e.g., 60+ outbound calls/day OR 2+ qualified discovery calls/day).
• Consultative Selling: Conduct deep discovery calls to understand client pain points and present tailored BPO, staffing, or virtual assistance solutions.
• Pipeline & CRM Discipline: Rigorously manage sales pipelines, log all interactions, and maintain accurate revenue forecasting in CRM systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Recruitment and HR teams to align client needs with candidate placements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English & Spanish (English C1-C2).
• 2–5 years B2B sales (remote/outbound preferred).
• Hunter mentality (loves cold outreach & pipeline building).
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• Proven execution & quota attainment.
• Highly coachable, accountable, and results-driven.
• Experience in BPO, staffing, or virtual assistant industry (preferred).
• Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

• Competitive Base Pay + Uncapped OTE: Base pay equivalent to USD $1,032 – $1,376 / month (commensurate with experience) with an On-Target Earning (OTE) of ~$2,500 USD/month through uncapped commission structures.
