Role Description
Trinity Solar, the Northeast’s largest privately-owned solar integrator, is expanding its high-performance inside sales team and is seeking driven, competitive, work-from-home sales professionals to join us. As a Remote Inside Sales Representative, you will engage homeowners across the country, helping them transition to solar energy, battery storage, and roofing solutions offered through Trinity Solar and Trinity Total Home.
You’ll operate in a fast-paced, inbound and outbound, high-appointment call environment, backed by strong marketing, warm leads, and a proven sales process.

What You’ll Do

Present and sell solar, roofing, and home battery solutions to homeowners via VoIP or screenshare.

Handle a high volume of appointments/outbound calls.

Build trust quickly and guide customers through the buying journey.

Consistently hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

Manage pipeline and follow-up using CRM tools.

Participate in daily sales huddles, training, and performance coaching.
Qualifications

Proven sales performers (inside sales, call center, or high-volume environments).

Strong communication skills with the ability to control and guide conversations.

Relentless work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.

Comfortable working remote/work from home with high accountability.

Ability to multitask across systems while actively selling.

Highly organized with strong time management.

Execute consistent follow-up activities (calls, texts, emails) to advance prospects through the sales funnel.

Maintain a weekly follow-up cadence.

Handle assigned customer service issues as needed or coordinate reassignment to appropriate teams.
Requirements

Experience with solar, roofing, or home services sales (preferred).

Proven inside sales, account executive, or consultative sales experience (appointment-based selling preferred).

Strong closing skills with the ability to handle objections and guide customers to a decision.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

High level of organization and time management in a remote work environment.

Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain consistent follow-up without supervision.

Comfortable using CRM systems, sales dashboards, and virtual meeting platforms.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

Physical Requirements
