[Hiring] Inside Sales Rep @Quantum

Role Description

Own the DACH market for Quantum's storage solutions. Working alongside five enterprise reps and a network of VARs and distributors, you'll drive deals from first conversation to signed close.

Quantum's inside sales team keeps the enterprise field team moving, and the DACH region has more opportunity than one rep can cover. You'll join a tenured inside sales rep who will mentor you, starting by supporting full sales cycles and taking on more ownership over time.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full sales cycles, including pricing, quoting, and coordination, with increasing ownership over time
• Engage customers and channel partners through discovery calls, product positioning, and follow-ups
• Build knowledge of Quantum's product portfolio and guide customers through options and configurations
• Create accurate quotes in Salesforce and our quoting tool, coordinating with logistics, renewals, and service teams
• Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and technical teams to grow the DACH region

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or account management in B2B technology
• Experience managing sales cycles with VARs and distribution partners
• Familiarity with pipeline creation, lead qualification, or opportunity progression
• Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and quoting tools (D365 a plus)
• Native or fluent German; strong English proficiency required
• Experience selling storage, backup, data protection, or infrastructure solutions
• Experience with channel partners in Germany
