[Hiring] Inside Sales Manager @NexGenCAM

Role Description

NexGen Solutions is looking for an Inside Sales Manager who will renew, maintain, and grow existing customer relationships. They will focus on building a sales funnel through lead generation from lists, marketing and in territory prospects, lead follow up and funnel management. This position has a chance to make a large impact on a growing team and company.

• Document all activity and maintain an accurate forecast in Salesforce.com to represent activities.
• Grow and develop relationships with the Esprit sales force and their customer base to drive expansion and services.
• Establish and leverage machine tool partnerships, with the goal of selling software alongside new machine sales.
• Provide best in class customer service by working closely with the extended team, keeping notes of all customer interactions in Salesforce.com to ensure communication.
• Conduct health check meetings with territory customers to ensure end users and decision makers are aware of all PMT & software offers.
• Work closely with the technical team to prepare for events and customer demonstrations.
• Assist PMT with sales and marketing planning and execution, including events.
• Learn Esprit software solutions in terms of key selling features and benefits for the customer base.
• Learn the best prospecting approaches and be prepared to lead discoveries with the technical team, including presentations to customers.
• Assess and deliver recommendations to improve PMT processes, procedures, and infrastructure.
• Embrace change and help guide the company to the best possible outcomes as new technology, processes, and solutions are introduced.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5+ years in Inside Sales Experience Required.
• 2+ Years in Software sales preferred.
• 1-2+ Years in Manufacturing Sales or Experience preferred.
• Proven track record of high level customer service.
• Understanding of CRM systems for proposals/quoting, order management, and customer engagements.
• Strong communication skills both in person and virtual environments.
• Ability to work and function well in a cross-team environment.
