Role Description

This is a dual-mandate sales role with real commercial ownership — and the person who thrives here will be as comfortable hunting new logo opportunities in the long-tail market as they are driving expansion across an existing account portfolio. As Inside Sales Manager for APAC, you'll own the full sales cycle for Duetto's Silver accounts and long-tail prospects across the region, ensuring systematic coverage of accounts that field reps can't dedicate enough time to — and closing the deals that add up to meaningful ARR. What You'll Be Doing

• Own the expansion pipeline across assigned Silver accounts — driving adoption of Advance, GameTime, and HotStats through structured outreach, upsell conversations, and cross-sell campaigns in close coordination with the BDR and CSM teams.
• Identify and close new logo opportunities in the long-tail market segment (properties under 150 rooms) — managing the full sales cycle from qualification through proposal to close, with independent pricing authority up to the market threshold.
• Coordinate structured outreach campaigns across calls, email, and social with the BDR team, and work with Marketing on timely follow-up of inbound leads to maximise conversion from interest to opportunity.
• Partner with field Sales to align territory and account strategy — ensuring clean coverage, avoiding overlap, and freeing Directors of Sales to focus on larger strategic opportunities while you own the long-tail and Silver segment.
• Maintain accurate opportunity data and forecasting in Salesforce, keeping full pipeline visibility across the team and leadership at all times.
• Use AI tools to accelerate prospect profiling, analysis, and outreach — applying your relationship-building instincts and deal judgment where AI can't, and staying sharp on the human edge that closes deals in a consultative hospitality tech sale.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in SaaS inside sales or business development
• A hunter mentality — driven by hitting targets, energised by pipeline building, and comfortable owning a full sales cycle independently
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — comfortable engaging hotel owners, GMs, and Revenue Managers at all levels
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales engagement platforms
• The right to work in Singapore or Thailand

Requirements

• Prior experience selling into hospitality technology or revenue management solutions
• Familiarity with the APAC hospitality market — hotel ownership structures, buying dynamics, and key segments across the region
• Experience coordinating with BDR, CSM, and Marketing teams in a cross-functional inside sales motion
