[Hiring] Inside Sales Manager @Fresh Prints

Role Description

Looking for Inside Sales Managers to develop sales superstars for an NYC-based start-up.

As an Inside Sales Manager, you’ll have a direct hand in creating a team that influences our growth, strengthens our brand, and helps crush our ambitious revenue goals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Interview, hire & lead training for new inside sales associates
• Set and monitor quarterly sales targets
• Manage the key metrics of your reports like close rate and repeat customer rate
• Complete regular 1-1s and coach team members to perform better
• Manage performance improvement plans for low-performers
• Manage escalations as and when necessary
• Lead by example on work ethic and performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience required
• 2+ years of sales team management experience preferred
• Experience with CRM suites like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Freshsales
• Experience with sales engagement tools like Reply.io or Outreach.io
• Experience in SAAS/IT sales will be a huge plus
• Focused on Numbers & should be Data-Driven
• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)

Benefits

• Annual base pay: $24,000
• Annual variable pay: 1% commission on sales ($12,000 expectation)
