Role Description

Buckman is seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Inside Sales Coordinator to support the growth of our Global Emerging Markets business. This role combines inside sales, market intelligence, business development, customer engagement, and strategic pricing analysis to drive profitable growth in regions where Buckman has limited or no direct field presence. The successful candidate will leverage market insights, customer relationships, and digital sales tools to identify opportunities, generate demand, support existing customers, and contribute to sales and profitability objectives across multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and activate the leads coming from the Buckman web site platform or any other inbound leads.
• Manage and grow customer accounts remotely through phone, email, and other digital platforms.
• Analyze market, customer, and competitor data to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable business insights.
• Generate and qualify leads through digital channels, market intelligence tools, and customer outreach.
• Support business expansion in emerging markets by developing new opportunities and strengthening customer relationships.
• Drive profitable growth through effective pricing, account management, and sales planning activities.
• Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure seamless customer support and account transitions.
• Lead virtual customer engagement, account reviews, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and opportunities within CRM systems.
• Contribute to sales, profitability, customer retention, and customer experience objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, reporting requirements, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in specialty chemicals, paper, pulp.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and financial data.
• Experience managing customer relationships remotely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/business intelligence tools.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Preferred: Knowledge of market intelligence platforms and sales analytics tools.
• Additional language skills such as French or German.
• Experience supporting international or emerging markets.
