[Hiring] Inside Sales Coordinator @STOW Group

Role Description

The Sales Coordinator communicates with customers to track and maintain on-time deliverables and is the main point of contact for customer information regarding shipment and order tracking. Supports the sales team with order entry, order acknowledgments, and general customer-related information.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Coordinate and support daily activities of the sales team
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Provide training on how to use stow Calculator
• Calculate and prepare quotations with sales interaction and guidance
• Advise customers by phone and email of any changes to shipping or on-time delivery
• Enter orders in SAP & ensure they are processed according to customer requirements, ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
• Take care of commercial and administrative communication with customers
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales and deliveries are handled efficiently
• Process sales orders accurately
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
• Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery, and inquiries
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the sales team as necessary

The warehouse of the future contains high-density, high-precision racking with automated pallet shuttles (like our atlas 1D) instead of wide aisles that forklifts need to pass through. Our customers benefit from much better utilization of their warehouses (up to 70% more pallet storage than traditional rack!), maximized vertical space, improved accuracy in pallet selection, and minimized labor costs and product damage.
