Our family law and estate planning firm in Fairfax, Virginia, is looking for an all-star salesperson to make a lasting impression on prospective clients, leaving them eager to work with our firm. THIS IS A 100% WORK FROM HOME/REMOTE WORK POSITION.

The salesperson (known as Client Services Coordinator) has a proven track record of successfully using a consultative sales approach to sell either professional services or high-ticket items.

Ability to genuinely connect with prospective clients and successfully convert them into new clients by creating urgency and effectively conveying the value of our services.

Experience in the legal industry is a plus, but not required; applicable industry-specific training will be provided.

Empathize with clients and prospects dealing with emotionally difficult times.

Deliver and ensure a great client experience; previous customer service experience is critical.

Experience working with sales metrics and tracking data to monitor and refine the sales funnel.

Work closely with the intake team to improve the overall sales system.

Follow up with clients who donβt retain after the consultation.

Comfortable addressing prospective client objections and potential roadblocks in closing the sale.

Engaged in business development activities, including attending online events, presenting webinars, conducting client care calls, cultivating relationships with new referral partners, conducting presentations, and participating in networking groups.

Must be highly disciplined and reliable while enjoying a great deal of freedom and autonomy in this remote position.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to close a sale by creating urgency and promoting value.

Ability to work independently and as a team.

Exceptional computer skills; must be able to troubleshoot routine tech issues on your own.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Ability to quickly learn and implement new software programs.

Ability to manage your own calendar.

Proficient with cloud-based applications and VOIP phone systems.
Requirements

Previous sales experience for professional services and/or high-ticket items (required).

Experience using consultative sales methods (required).

Real-life experience in navigating personal struggles and overcoming obstacles that enable you to show empathy to others going through similar hardship.

$50,000 - $65,000 base salary plus monthly and quarterly performance bonuses.
