Role Description

The Direct to Consumer (DTC) Sales Associate delivers professional activities in the Direct Sales job family, responsible for selling healthcare-related products through inbound and outbound calls, chat interactions, and other technology-enabled channels. Responsibilities include:

• Receiving inquiries from prospective members and conducting consultative needs assessments.
• Positioning Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plan, Dental, and Ancillary solutions.
• Enrolling recipients telephonically while completing required documentation in a timely manner.
• Developing sales opportunities through generated leads, personal referrals, and business partner referrals.
• Maintaining sales programs within an assigned territory.
• Generating leads, qualifying prospects, closing sales, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Conducting the majority of selling activities over the phone, internet, and computer.
• Leveraging CRM, sales, telephony, and AI-supported tools to guide customer conversations.
• Communicating information accurately and timely, tracking sales activity and results.
• Adhering to CMS and HCSC compliance standards.
• Attending sales and department meetings.
• Applying professional knowledge to provide guidance, insight, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

This role is eligible for sales incentive compensation (IC).

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Health, Accident & (Life preferred) resident license, or acquire license within 90 days.
• Bachelors preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct-to-consumer sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Cable broadband or Fiber Optic with internet speeds of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
• Capability to participate in on-site training and sales conferences which may necessitate overnight travel as determined by the business.

Requirements

• Availability to work during the hours of 8am-8pm in your local time zone.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and rotating shifts.
• Ability to work overtime as business requires.

• This is a fully remote position, available in the US only.

License

• Licensed in at least one of the following states: AL, AZ, TN, TX, NM, PA.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$18.46 - $37.84. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
