Role Description

We are looking for an Infinite Banking Sales Executive who is passionate about helping others achieve financial freedom. In this role, you will:

• Engage with pre-qualified leads who have expressed interest in our services.
• Conduct outbound calls and take inbound appointments to set up sessions.
• Ask insightful questions to understand clients' financial situations and needs.
• Guide clients through the Infinite Banking Concept and help them implement it.
• Act as a bridge between clients' current financial struggles and their desired financial freedom.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background with a minimum of 2+ years in a high-ticket, phone/Zoom-based environment.
• Possess an insurance license or be willing to obtain one before starting.
• Demonstrate a 25%+ close rate after probation.
• Ability to take full ownership of your pipeline and follow up with leads independently.
• Maintain a stable, professional remote setup with high-speed internet and quality equipment.
• Exhibit emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
• Be coachable with a strong opinion that is loosely held.
• Align with our worldview regarding personal freedom and financial responsibility.
