Role Description

As a Jostens Independent Sales Representative (1099), you are highly motivated and interested in building your own business. You are entrepreneurial in nature and want more out of life than just a job. Utilize your experience in the printing industry to grow in our Commercial division with unlimited commission potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related commercial printing sales experience
• Relevant and proven sales and/or sales management experience (consultative, educational, B2C)
• Highly disciplined and self-motivated
• Demonstrated personal accountability for your own success and development
• Demonstrated success developing new business and maintaining customer relationships through great customer focus
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Great communication skills
• Flexibility for periodic travel (percentage varies dependent on location and demographics)
• 4-year degree (preferred, or equivalent education + experience)

Requirements

• Gain market share through customer and prospect development
• Build and maintain customer relationships and work effectively with businesses requiring printing needs
• Advise potential customers on printing products and services offered by Jostens
• Comply with all applicable laws associated with the services performed for Jostens
• Maintain an independent business office
• Responsible for all business expenses, including but not limited to travel to facilitate sale
• Represent the Jostens brand and shared values of accountability to customers, unwavering integrity, responsibility and respect for those we serve
