[Hiring] Inbound Sales Representative @Pineca Group

Role Description

We’re looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing Sales Team. Supporting our growing Ireland market, you’ll turn inbound enquiries into successful sales by building trust, understanding customer needs, and recommending tailored product solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative B2C sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving results — all without the need for cold calling or outbound prospecting.

Your Responsibilities

• Convert inbound phone and online enquiries into successful sales — no cold outreach.
• Understand customer needs, provide expert guidance, and recommend the most suitable product solutions.
• Support customers throughout the post-order process, ensuring a smooth experience through to successful delivery.
• Work closely with architects and our factory team to coordinate the production and delivery of bespoke products.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge, and continuously improve our sales processes and practices.
• Help us continuously raise the quality of our customer experience and support.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1+), with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Experience working with a CRM system or similar sales/customer management tools.
• Experience selling high-value, bespoke, or customisable products is a strong advantage.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and a customer-first mindset.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills — you can manage multiple enquiries simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• A fast and efficient working style — you respond promptly, think on your feet, and keep momentum throughout the sales process.
• A results-oriented mindset and the motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
