Role Description

The Inbound Sales Representative converts leads into customers by presenting Rejuvacare products with confidence, handling objections professionally, and closing sales that genuinely match each customer's health needs. This is a performance-based role that rewards driven individuals motivated by commission and by genuinely helping people.

Rejuvacare's product line includes:

• RejuvaKnee
• FootRenew
• RejuvaFlow
• OzemPatch

These products are designed for adults experiencing chronic pain or mobility challenges. The target customer is typically 55+ and looking for natural, non-invasive alternatives.

Your job includes:

• Handling inbound inquiries and presenting Rejuvacare products effectively.
• Following approved sales scripts while adapting naturally to each customer's situation.
• Identifying the customer's health concern and positioning the most relevant product.
• Presenting upsells, bundles, and membership offers consultatively.
• Overcoming objections with empathy and product knowledge.
• Processing orders accurately.
• Meeting daily and monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Maintaining detailed call notes.
• Escalating complaints to the CS team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in telesales, outbound sales, or customer-facing sales.
• Strong verbal English: confident, articulate, and persuasive.
• Genuine motivation to hit targets and earn commission.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and listen actively.
• Comfort following scripts while sounding authentic.
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace.
• Experience selling health, wellness, or subscription products is a strong plus.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and competitive drive.
