[Hiring] Inbound Sales Agent @O2E Brands

Role Description

As the voice of our company, you are our customer's first point of contact and the person who will help them take their first step in making their junk disappear.

• 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, part of O2E Brands, is hiring happy, hard-working individuals to join our 250+ Remote Inbound Sales Agents across Canada.
• Hiring Immediately: Start date is October 23rd.
• Compensation: Earn $19.70/hour plus commission (averaging $200-$800/month).
• Work from Home: 100% remote with extended health benefits after a 3-month probation period.
• Full-Time Hours: Work 5 days a week in 8.5-hour shifts.
• Predictable Scheduling: Shifts fall within our 5:00 AM – 10:30 PM EST window and are set monthly or bi-monthly for a reliable routine.
• Shift Bidding: Choose your preferred shifts over time as opportunities become available.

A Day in the Life

• Answer incoming calls and provide a world-class experience for our customers.
• You receive inbound calls only - there are no outbound cold calls in this role.
• Sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger.
• Customers call in for various reasons, such as:
• Inquiring about our services.
• Wanting to see if we service their area.
• Asking about pricing.
• All new agents must be available to start on October 23rd.
• You receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training, so you are set up for success.
• After the 3 weeks, each agent joins a team with a Team Lead who will support you, and help you learn and grow.

Qualifications

• You are legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in Ontario.
• Training availability for the first 3 weeks to work between 10 AM and 6:30 PM EST, Monday-Friday.
• A very friendly telephone manner, strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25wpm).
• A quiet space at home, quick & reliable wired internet connection, and a good personal computer with min 8GB memory.
• Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus!
• A wired connection using an Ethernet cable is required.
