[Hiring] Inbound Phone Sales – Automotive Parts @Summit Racing

Role Description

We are looking for motivated individuals who strive to deliver industry leading customer service and who can assist customers over the phone with selecting the right products to build their dream cars or enhance their daily drivers. Phone Sales Agents sell products, offer upsells, and cross-sells products to match the customer’s needs. There is no outbound/cold calling involved, and we are not high-pressure sales!

• Applicants must have a genuine automotive interest.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Capability to deliver exceptional service.
• Knack for problem-solving.
• Experience as an automotive hobbyist or prior careers within the automotive industry is highly desired.
• Applicants must reside in Texas.

Inbound Phone Sales:

• Interest in the automotive industry is preferred, but knowledge and experience are not required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for excellent customer service is essential.
• 8-week paid training program provided.
• Work from the comfort of your home.

Hours/Days:

• 8-week training schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 7:30pm CT / Noon - 8:30pm ET.
• Hiring work schedule: 2nd shift, 5 days a week, will include at least one weekend day.

Earning Potential:

• Starting Level 1 wage of $15.00 hr. + weekly commission.
• Year two average is one – two dollar increase from starting wage.
• Year three average is two – three dollar increase from starting wage.
• Year three/four and beyond achieving Level 3 or 4 Sales pays a flat rate of four to six dollars more than starting wage.
• Overtime possibility during busy season.

Qualifications

• High speed cable internet (25mbs minimum, no DSL).
• A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free room in your house to work from.
• Proficiency with Windows-based desktop computer systems.
• Proficiency in the use and navigation of the Internet.
• Ability to communicate clearly both with internal and external customers.
• Willingness to “go to work” for our customers.
