[Hiring] Inbound Lead Manager @Somewhere

Role Description

Our client is seeking an Inbound Lead Manager to be the first point of contact for families seeking support. You'll manage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, guide clients through the intake process, coordinate virtual assessments, and ensure a smooth handoff to the Relationship Management team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales skills with empathy, organization, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Respond promptly to inbound phone, web, and referral inquiries.
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs, timelines, and project scope.
• Guide families through the virtual assessment process using photos and videos.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate seamless handoffs to Relationship Managers.
• Execute structured follow-up via phone, email, and SMS to keep leads engaged.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and document all client interactions.
• Monitor leads throughout the sales process to ensure timely progression.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales, customer success, or client-facing experience.
• Proven success achieving sales or conversion targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong empathy and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time management.
• Experience using CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred) and Microsoft 365.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare, senior services, eldercare, moving, relocation, or other service-based industries.
• Experience working with Zoho CRM.
• Experience managing consultative sales pipelines.
