Role Description

The Associate Director of Club for our Ice Cream business is a fully dedicated role designed around aggressively growing our Ice Cream business through design for channel strategic growth opportunities as well as accelerated partnership and joint business planning focus.

• The Club Team Associate Director of Ice Cream will establish and develop sustained business relationships and drive profitable sales volume for the Ice Cream Category at Club.
• The sales lead is expected to deliver sales, profit and share goals while improving return on holistic customer investment, in line with joint business plan targets and customer and brand strategies.
• The Associate Director is also responsible for improving in-store and online presence by leading brilliant execution across the extended team of Shopper Marketing, eCommerce, Category Management, Category Insights, Business Development and Supply Chain.
• This role has one direct report, an associate business manager.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree is required.
• 10+ years’ Customer Business Manager or equivalent management experience required.
• Club Account Management with CPG is a must.
• Experience in omni-channel and demonstrated eCommerce capabilities.
• Trade Marketing and Category Management experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Nielsen/IRI, Trade Promotion Management and Customer POS Data is strongly desired.
• Must be skilled in verbal and written communications.
• Must be able to effectively relate with multiple levels of management, both internally and externally.
• Must be a strategic thinker that can work effectively, and in a highly collaborative manner.
• Must have strong relationship building and management skills.
