Role Description
The client is seeking a senior-level Business Development Representative who can take ownership of outbound lead generation and pipeline creation. This role is highly strategic and requires someone who can build processes from scratch, test and optimize outreach strategies, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Outbound Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify and target ideal customer profiles aligned with business goals

Build and execute outbound strategies across cold calling, email, and LinkedIn

Generate and qualify leads to build a consistent sales pipeline

Pipeline Ownership and Performance Optimization

Take full ownership of pipeline creation and performance metrics

Identify gaps in outreach performance and implement improvements

Continuously test messaging, targeting, and channels to increase conversion rates

Strategic Outreach and Multi-Channel Execution

Develop and optimize messaging tailored to different audience segments

Manage sequencing tools and outreach campaigns across multiple platforms

Ensure high deliverability, personalization, and engagement in all communications

Process Building and Zero-to-One Execution

Create and iterate outbound processes without relying on existing playbooks

Define workflows, outreach strategies, and best practices from scratch

Adapt quickly to changes and refine processes based on results

Systems, Tools, and Automation

Work with CRM systems and sales tools to manage and track outreach efforts

Leverage automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability

Continuously optimize the sales tech stack to support growth
Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish
-
Proven experience as a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role
-
Experience building outbound strategies from scratch in early-stage or scaling environments
-
Strong experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting

Demonstrated ability to generate and manage self-sourced pipeline

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly independent and able to operate with minimal supervision

Strong understanding of sales tools, CRM systems, and sequencing platforms

Experience in financial services, credit repair, or funding-related industries

Experience working with automation and AI tools in sales processes

Background working with B2B clients, ideally entrepreneurs or small business owners
