Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships within the benefits and insurance ecosystem.

Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts with a high degree of autonomy.

Manage your pipeline with precision using a CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and data-driven decision-making.

Use Salesforce to track activity, manage forecasting accuracy, and ensure steady pipeline progression.

Qualifications

You have 5β10 years of business experience with a mandatory background in healthcare, benefits, insurance, or point solutions.

You possess a Bachelorβs degree and have the ability to harness financial data to inform strategic sales decisions.

You are a multitasker who knows how to effectively allocate resources to meet and exceed assigned quotas.

You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills alongside strong organizational abilities.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Salesforce.

Compensation

Base salary of $80,000 β $100,000, based on experience, plus uncapped commissions, sales kickers, and bonus.

OTE $110,000 - $150,000.
