Role Description
We are looking for a market-maker and a relentless hunter to serve as the face of RVO Health’s weight care expansion. You will open doors that others find locked, leverage your deep industry network to ignite rapid revenue growth and establish RVO Health as the undeniable leader in B2B weight care.
What You’ll Do

Sales Strategy and Execution

Drive revenue through strategic partnerships with benefits brokers & consultants.

Architect and lead a full-cycle enterprise sales strategy – from initial prospecting and pipeline building to complex deal negotiations– with a focus on “jumbo” accounts.

Think like a CFO, developing and presenting the business case and ROI story for our offerings.

Establish and maintain reporting on pipeline status, execution, and sales performance metrics using the best emerging AI tools.

Strategic Relationship Management

Cultivate and influence executive-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor, while optimizing sales potential by understanding the client’s clinical and operational challenges.

Leverage existing industry contacts and relationships to establish an early base of interest while soliciting product feedback.

Collaboration

Build and leverage clinical and product cross functional teams throughout the sales process.

Energize and influence internal stakeholders, anchoring on your depth of market intelligence and empathy for our patient experience.

Market Analysis

Exploit market opportunities, looking around corners to identify emerging industry trends.

Track competitor offerings, regulatory changes, and customer needs to inform business development priorities and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of proven success in business development or partnership management within the digital health, payer, or health system sectors.

Proven success exceeding quotas and closing $1M+ enterprise deals by aggressively hunting and closing net-new logos.

A 'player-coach' mentality—someone who is just as comfortable building the playbook as they are running the play in the field.

Subject matter expertise in digital health enterprise solutions, preferably with metabolic health, pharmacotherapy interventions for weight health.

Executive presence with the ability to captivate C-level audiences and serve as a persuasive industry evangelist.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple projects and competing priorities.

Willingness to travel 50%+ to engage stakeholders and represent RVO Health at key industry events.
Requirements

Starting Salary: $140,000 - $170,000*
