Role Description

We are looking for a Head of Sales to drive commercial expansion across African markets. This role requires ownership of regional sales strategy, active B2B deal closing, and leadership of a sales team. The candidate will be responsible for building a strong commercial pipeline, establishing long-term operator partnerships, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth within the region. The position requires a deep understanding of African iGaming markets and strong experience in B2B commercial negotiations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • At least 1 year of team management experience
  • Strong background in iGaming (aggregators / providers / platforms)
  • Proven experience working with African markets
  • Understanding of key operators, partners, and market specifics in Africa
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Proactive and result-driven mindset
  • English - professional working proficiency

Requirements

  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capability
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles
  • Pipeline management and forecasting
  • Fluent English (professional communication level)

Nice to Have

  • Existing network within African iGaming ecosystem
  • Experience launching products in emerging markets
  • Experience working with crypto-based compensation models

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional B2B sales strategy across African markets
  • Identify and attract new operator clients
  • Build and manage a structured commercial pipeline
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a regional sales team
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements with operators and partners
  • Maintain strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust go-to-market strategy
  • Achieve regional revenue and performance KPIs
