[Hiring] Head of Commercial @Boltz

Role Description

As Head of Commercial, you will own Boltz’s enterprise commercial motion, converting inbound interest from leading pharma and biotech organizations into large, structured platform partnerships.

• Translate demand into $1M+ ACV enterprise contracts.
• Deploy Boltz models into secure customer environments.
• Structure long-term collaborations.
• Operate as a player-coach, personally leading high-value deals.
• Build a repeatable enterprise sales motion.
• Scope complex engagements, negotiate contracts, and expand key accounts over time.
• Work closely with the CEO, scientific leadership, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
• Proven track record closing multimillion dollar enterprise deals in frontier technology (ideally software).
• Comfortable leading sales and building sales function from scratch.
• Strong technical fluency - able to engage credibly with ML, infrastructure, and product teams.
• Ability to convert warm inbound demand into structured, closed deals without heavy SDR support.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• Experience in life sciences, biotech, or pharma (nice to have).
• Background at companies deploying AI tools into enterprises (nice to have).
• Existing network across large pharma and biotech organizations (nice to have).
• Experience deploying products into secure or VPC environments (nice to have).
