[Hiring] GTM/RevOps Engineer @Altery

Role Description

We’re expanding rapidly and looking for a hands-on GTM / RevOps Engineer to own our outbound lead engine end-to-end:

• Prospect data sourcing
• Enrichment
• Routing
• Sequencing
• Reporting

You’ll run our stacks (Clay, HubSpot, Smartlead, Appify, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.), keep data clean, ship experiments weekly, and make sure high-intent leads hit Sales/CS fast and with context. You’ll own everything from scraping and enrichment to outbound campaigns and CRM automation.

This is a remote role, but you’ll need to be based within EMEA working time zone.

Qualifications

• Familiar and experienced with the modern GTM tech stack from scrapers to orchestration & enrichment to execution.
• Strong Clay experience (real workflows and results).
• Solid HubSpot knowledge (workflows, properties, lead status).
• Experience running cold email campaigns in Smartlead / Lemlist / Instantly.
• Comfortable scraping, working with CSVs, and fixing messy data.
• Operational mindset — you ship, test, and iterate fast.
• Experience using scraper tools like Apify, Zenrows, Serper.

Requirements

• Basic SQL or Python (nice to have but not essential).
• B2B SaaS or fintech exposure (nice to have but not essential).
• Deliverability knowledge (SPF / DKIM / DMARC) (nice to have but not essential).
