Role Description

We are looking for talented, high performing team players to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and converting inbound leads and trials with new prospects of Bill.com to paying customers. You will be identifying customer pain points, closing business, and prioritizing your book of business. Sales Associates who consistently meet and exceed their targets will be considered for any number of exciting career expansion opportunities within our growing organization.

As an Account Executive on our Growth team, you will own the full sales lifecycle, helping organizations modernize their back office and gain the clarity they need to scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales process, self-sourcing up to 50% of your own pipeline through high-tenacity outbound prospecting (50 touches/day) while converting inbound trials into loyal customers.
  • Consultative Strategy: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand prospect points and align BILL’s suite of solutions to specific business goals.
  • High-Impact Presentations: Lead professional, executive-level demonstrations via web conferencing.
  • Forecast Accuracy & CRM Hygiene: Maintain an impeccable Salesforce record for predictable revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborative Winning: Work cross-functionally with onboarding and product teams to ensure a seamless experience for new customers.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in a SMB to Mid-Market or high-velocity environment.
  • Proficient in modern sales stacks (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn).
  • Confident, professional presence with the ability to handle complex objections.
  • High degree of coachability and a "team-first" mentality.
  • Quick study on new SaaS applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or work equivalent.
  • Organized and process-oriented while being creative.
  • Experience in inside sales, lead generation, and outbound marketing sales.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Willing to make 40+ outbound calls per day.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in taking and providing feedback.
  • Good sense of humor, humble, competitive, and collaborative.
