Role Description

This role strictly requires prior experience in selling Google Ads Products.

As a German-Speaking Google Ads Sales Specialist, you will manage end-to-end outbound sales operations. Targeting the DACH e-commerce sector—a market of approximately 30,000 prospective online stores—you will:

• Deploy multi-touch outbound workflows
• Connect with senior executive stakeholders
• Deliver diagnostic account audits
• Close new business contracts

Success in this role demands an active, structured prospecting cadence combined with the domain authority required to discuss Google Ads performance metrics authoritatively with e-commerce founders and marketing directors.

Qualifications

• Native or Fluent German (C2 Level Mandatory)
• 3 to 7 years of B2B sales experience, featuring at least 1–2 years specifically selling Google Ads or performance marketing agency services
• Demonstrated background in outbound, full-cycle, and account-based selling methodologies
• In-depth familiarity with e-commerce operations and Google Ads mechanics
• Strong time management and accountability in a fully remote environment

Requirements

• Language Mastery: Native/C2 German fluency is essential
• Outbound Expertise: Experience in cold calling, cold email campaigns, and multi-touch cadences
