Role Description

This role strictly requires prior experience in selling Google Ads Products.

As our German Speaking Google Ads Sales Specialist, you will take ownership of our full-funnel outbound sales engine. Tapping into a DACH e-commerce market containing roughly 30,000 online stores, you will:

• Run multi-channel outbound campaigns
• Build connections with key decision-makers
• Deliver high-impact account audits
• Win new agency accounts

To thrive here, you need an energetic, disciplined approach to prospecting, backed by the technical credibility to talk ROI and ad performance with e-commerce founders and marketing leads.

Qualifications

• C2-level/Native German fluency is strictly required for pitching to e-commerce decision-makers in the DACH region.
• 3–7 years of successful B2B sales experience, including 1–2+ years dedicated to selling Google Ads or performance agency services.
• Proven capability in running full-cycle, outbound, account-based sales tactics (cold calling, targeted email flows, multi-touch strategies).
• Strong grasp of e-commerce business models and Google Ads mechanics to lead intelligent, ROI-focused discussions with clients.
• Excellent self-management and high internal drive within a 100% remote workspace. Comfortable working with high daily outbound metrics.

Requirements

• Maintain an active daily pace (~100–150 outbound calls) to set 1–2 qualified meetings each day and close 4+ deals per month (targeting a ~20% close rate).
• Keep clean, accurate records in the CRM, maintaining precise pipeline forecasting and reliable follow-up tracking.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to continuously refine our ideal prospect profiles (ICPs), pitch angles, and service positioning based on live prospect feedback.
