Role Description

The German Speaking Fintech Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence within the banking and financial services sector.

• Strategic Client Acquisition: Drive revenue growth across banks and financial service providers by actively deploying your existing industry network.
• Market Expansion: Discover multi-industry use cases for our data analytics solutions, reaching out proactively to high-level decision-makers to open new business pipelines.
• End-to-End Deal Management: Take full ownership of the complete sales cycle—from initial discovery and technical presentations to closing complex enterprise contracts with precision.
• Industry Representation: Act as a passionate brand ambassador and solution expert at key client meetings, major trade fairs, and national fintech events.
• Competitive Intelligence: Synthesize market shifts, competitor movements, and customer feedback to refine our broader go-to-market and sales strategies.
• Client Enablement: Support incoming product inquiries and deliver targeted training sessions to guarantee high satisfaction among key accounts.
• Leadership Roadmap: Take advantage of structured internal growth opportunities to build, guide, and scale your own dedicated sales team over time.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales track record within banking, FinTech, or data analytics sectors.
• Industry Network: A robust, active professional network across banking or financial institutions.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent, negotiation-level German (C2) alongside professional working proficiency in English for internal collaboration.
• Execution Style: A fast-moving, hands-on self-starter who thrives in a remote-first setup and knows how to secure quick wins.
• Mobility & Presence: Willingness to travel for face-to-face client pitches, exhibitions, and industry conventions.
