Role Description

We’re looking for driven, relationship-focused Fundraising Growth Partners in key markets across the country. This opportunity is ideal for coaches, educators, sales professionals, and community leaders who understand school fundraising challenges and want to help programs succeed. You’ll work closely with coaches, athletic directors, and team leaders to introduce Aktivate’s digital fundraising platform and support high-impact campaigns.

Qualifications

• Current or former coaches, educators, or professionals connected to school sports, fine arts, or extracurricular programs
• Collegiate/professional athletic experience or recent high school coaching experience (preferred)
• Strong local school and athletic connections – well-networked with coaches, ADs, and program leaders
• Results-driven go-getter – self-motivated, persistent, and passionate about helping teams
• High integrity and professionalism – trusted by school leaders and communities
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder – thrives on making an impact

Requirements

• Engage with coaches, athletic directors, and program leaders to introduce Aktivate’s platform
• Help teams plan and execute successful digital fundraising campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, clubs, and booster programs
• Develop a network of referral partners to expand fundraising opportunities
• Provide ongoing support to ensure a seamless fundraising experience

Compensation

• 100% commission-based (1099 contract role)
• Earnings potential: $35,000 - $100,000+ per year, depending on effort and success
• Residual income opportunities on repeat fundraisers
