Role Description

The French-Speaking Sales Development Representative will focus on generating new sales opportunities through phone, email, and social media. The role involves qualifying leads to develop a high-quality sales pipeline, maintaining accurate CRM information, reporting on booked opportunities, and representing the business and its clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through phone, email, and social media.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in French.
• Experience in Sales, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Telesales, or Lead Generation.
• Strong communication and active listening skills under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• HubSpot experience is a bonus.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Ambitious, self-starting, and eager to grow in a sales career.
• Strong social and relationship-building skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Loves direct and clear communication.

Working Hours

• During daylight savings: 09:30–18:30 SAST.
• Outside daylight savings: 10:30–19:30 SAST.
