Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic freelance Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the US market to own the first step of the sales process - identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and opening doors for our Account Executives. As the first human touchpoint for prospects, you will play an important role in building a predictable sales pipeline through meaningful outreaches. This is a remote freelance role for someone based in the EU/EEA who is happy to work US hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or cold calling; SaaS experience is great, healthcare sales experience is a big plus.
• Hands-on experience with outreach (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and data tools (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, Seamless.AI), or the ability to learn them fast.
• Confidence in cold calling and handling rejection professionally.
• Comfort working with AI tools (we use Claude every day), plus Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
• Curiosity about what customers need, and the judgment to match that to our solution.
• Bilingual-level English and excellent communication skills, with the ability to get to the point and make complex topics easy to understand.
• Based in the EU/EEA and available during US hours [e.g. 2pm-10pm CET, adjust to your needs] and for the weekly US sales meeting.

Requirements

• Own outbound for the US healthcare market, from researching accounts to booking a qualified meeting.
• Start conversations with decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, with messages that are personal and not copy-paste.
• Make your cold calls during US hours, so you reach prospects when they are at work.
• Keep your leads, conversations, and outcomes up to date in our CRM and use our research tools to find the right accounts and contacts.
• Follow the trends and share what you hear from customers (objections, needs, trends) so we can sharpen our approach and our product.
