Role Description

This is a remote position. We are working with a fast-growing digital commerce and performance-driven business that helps brands scale through smart strategy, marketing, and data-led growth. To support the next stage of expansion, we are looking for a Fractional Sales Officer who can help drive new business, structure the sales process, and unlock scalable revenue opportunities.

In this position, you will play a key commercial role by:

• Driving new business development and revenue growth
• Building and managing a strong, consistent sales pipeline
• Refining and optimising the end-to-end sales process
• Identifying and converting new partnerships and client opportunities
• Working closely with leadership to align sales strategy with growth goals

This is a hands-on role with both strategic and execution responsibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Sales Lead, Head of Sales, or Sales Director capacity
• Strong background in digital, eCommerce, marketing, or B2B services
• Experience working independently or in a fractional / consulting capacity
• A strong commercial mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
• The ability to build structure in early or scaling sales environments

Requirements

• Part-time / fractional (typically 1–2 days per week)
• Flexible engagement model (retainer-based or ongoing contract)
• Remote within South Africa

Benefits
