[Hiring] Founding Mid-Market Account Executive @Tremendous

Role Description

We’re looking for a Founding Mid-Market Account Executive to drive our expansion into Europe. As one of the first international sales hires, you’ll be responsible for:

• Identifying, prospecting, and securing new business across Western Europe and the DACH region.
• Partnering with sales, marketing, and product teams to align our product with the unique demands of new markets.
• Shaping the direction of our international sales strategy from the ground up as part of the founding team.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in software sales, with a focus on Western European markets.
• Experience expanding into new geographies strongly preferred.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Based in a Western Europe time zone (WET or CET).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong written communication skills; we’re a documentation-first culture.
• Desire and ability to work autonomously and drive your work.
• High empathy; you care about your teammates and our users.

• The base salary for this role is €65,000 - €80,000. OTE is €130,000 - €160,000.
