What You Will Do

Respond promptly to qualified fire-loss leads supplied through AdvantaClean’s lead service; no radio monitoring is required.

Approach property owners with compassion, listen to their needs, and clearly explain the restoration and insurance process.

Build trust, answer questions, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the opportunity to serve.

Secure work authorizations and coordinate a smooth handoff to the operations team.

Follow up consistently, document activity accurately, and meet goals for signed projects and revenue.

Build referral relationships with first responders, insurance professionals, and property managers.

Qualifications

Success in outside, in-home, consultative, or relationship-based sales.

The ability to establish trust quickly and ask for the business without becoming aggressive.

Excellent judgment, emotional intelligence, follow-up, resilience, and closing skills.

Flexibility to respond occasionally outside traditional business hours, including some nights and weekends.

A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Experience in restoration, roofing, construction, insurance, or emergency services is helpful. Former firefighters, EMS professionals, and other first responders with strong relationship-building or sales ability are encouraged to apply.
Benefits

Compensation includes a $50,000 base salary plus commission.

Typical annual commission ranges are approximately $30,000 for a developing performer, $75,000 to $100,000 for a strong performer, and $150,000 to $200,000 for an exceptional performer.
