Role Description

A remote opportunity for individuals who want to help families feel more prepared and financially protected. AO Globe Life is seeking Financial Wellness Representatives to support clients as they review important insurance decisions. You will help individuals and families learn about products designed to provide protection during unexpected life events. We provide a structured environment with training, mentorship, warm leads, and room for professional advancement.

• Conduct virtual appointments with prospective clients
• Identify individual and family coverage needs
• Present life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Help clients understand benefits and next steps
• Build relationships through timely follow-up
• Maintain a client-first, professional approach

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication
• People-oriented approach
• Professional listening skills
• Detail-oriented and organized work habits
• Comfort with computers and virtual communication
• Ability to work independently while participating in a team culture

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
